The 35 HL brewhouse from PSS really does the job for us. As we are brewing many strong and hoppy beers, we increased the size on the lauter tun and the diameter on the whirlpool. After some initial problems with the setup, PSS fixed it in a good manner and now we have an efficient and steady going 4-kettle system.

Most brewdays we do two full batches of beer and it is done in 12 hours. The software from Projectsoft has a lot of possibilities for fine-tuning the process and adjusting details. All components are of very good quality. We are very happy with the decision to choose PSS as our supplier.
